Do you mean you can't join a facility? CERT has you listed in a division and our website has nothing to do with division selection.
If you mean division, it seems you have just joined/rejoined the division. A quick look at the link "Why can't I transfer?" under "My VATUSA" will tell you why in a nice clean checklist. Since it seems like you're a recent transfer, this question in the FAQ is applicable
https://www.vatusa.net/help/kb#q8 It does take time for VATUSA to be informed that you have joined the division, you're showing as a non-member on our site which means that we haven't yet been told about your joining the facility.
