The Albuquerque ARTCC is looking for a motivated individual with a high degree of skill, knowledge, and willingness to serve to be our next Events Coordinator. Applicants should note that this position requires a significant time commitment.
Job Description Plan, Manage, and Oversee ARTCC events Development and Maintenance of ARTCC reference guides Attending staff meetings Consistently meets controlling requirements outlined in the ZAB 7230.1 Controller Policy Manual Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements Ability to create and edit event banners VATSIM Student 2 rating or higher (S3+ preferred) No significant disciplinary record Membership in good standing on the VATSIM Network Ability to thrive in a team environment Problem Solving skills Excellent written and oral communications skills
Preferred Qualifications Previous VATUSA/VATSIM events experience Previous staff experience in a VATUSA/VATSIM facility or Virtual Airline
